Alex Ellis-Roswell: The long journey home

In August 2014, Alex Ellis-Roswell left his home to walk around the entire coast of UK and Ireland to raise money for the RNLI. Three years later, he has finally returned home.

Three years ago, Alex Ellis-Roswell set out from Kent to walk 9,500 miles around the British and Irish coastlines to pay tribute to his late father and raise money for the RNLI. On Saturday he reached the finish line in Minnis Bay, Kent - the very spot where he began his fundraising odyssey. Alex overcame knee pain, chicken pox, hurricane force winds and loneliness but kept on going until the end.

Alex has raised over £70k for us already. Why not celebrate his achievement by helping him raise even more?
